Emily began working at Latta & Co Solicitors in 2019 as a legal secretary. She thereafter undertook her traineeship with the firm and qualified in 2023. She has recently been promoted to Senior Solicitor.
Emily works across all areas of immigration and asylum. She specialises in working with unaccompanied minors and vulnerable women. Emily regularly attends both the First-Tier and Upper Tier Tribunals to represent client’s at appeal. She has been involved with several judicial review and Court of Session cases.
