Frazer joined Latta & Co in June 2022 as a Trainee Solicitor following the completion of the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Glasgow in March.

Prior to obtaining the Diploma, Frazer graduated with an honours degree in Scots Law from the University of Glasgow in 2021. Frazer spent the third year of his undergraduate degree studying at Erasmus University Rotterdam. It was here that he developed an interest in international human rights law, which led him to pursue a career working in immigration and asylum. On return to Glasgow for his fourth year, Frazer’s honours subjects included immigration and asylum law as well as other human rights courses. Frazer’s research interests also include employment, public and constitutional law.
