“Sarah graduated with a law degree from Strathclyde University in 2021. She completed her Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at Strathclyde University in 2022. Before undertaking her law degree, Sarah also graduated with an honours degree from Glasgow University in Sociology and Anthropology. During her legal studies, Sarah was project co-ordinator for Strathclyde Law Clinic Asylum Project.

Sarah completed her traineeship and qualified as a solicitor at Latta & Co, during which she has worked across a variety of areas including immigration, asylum, human rights, housing and civil work.

Sarah has worked extensively across a range of asylum and protection claims, and is very experienced in supporting victims of trafficking and unaccompanied asylum-seeking minors.

Sarah regularly appears in the Immigration and Asylum Chamber, as well as appearing at the Sheriff Court. Sarah is also experienced in Judicial Reviews, and has instructed Counsel in this regard on a range of matters. Sarah is committed to providing comprehensive legal advice and support throughout each stage of the legal process. She continues to volunteer her time to support Strathclyde Law Clinic, and acts as a mentor to Diploma students at Glasgow University.”
